Akash Astrophotography offers the following services:

• ✦ Stargazing and telescope viewing sessions at our private observatory in Delhi
• ✦ Deep sky and solar viewing sessions
• ✦ Couple stargazing sessions
• ✦ Personalized space gifts (Custom Night Sky Posters, Moon Phase Posters)
• ✦ Astrophotography prints (physical A4 prints)
• ✦ Digital gift products (PDF downloads)

• ✦ Bookings are made via the booking form on this website, which redirects to WhatsApp to confirm your details.
• ✦ A advance payment is required via UPI to confirm your session slot. Your slot is NOT reserved until payment is received.
• ✦ The remaining balance (if any) is settled on the day of the session.
• ✦ Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
• ✦ We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

⚠️ All bookings are non-cancellable. Slots are limited and held exclusively for you once payment is confirmed.

• ✦ Once a slot is booked and advance payment is made, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
• ✦ If you are unable to attend, you may request a one-time reschedule via WhatsApp — subject to slot availability.
• ✦ Weather-related cancellations initiated by us: you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule to the next available slot — your choice.
• ✦ If we cancel for any other reason (equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances): full refund of your advance payment.

• ✦ Sessions are held at a private residence. The exact address is shared on WhatsApp after booking confirmation.
• ✦ Participants must behave respectfully towards the host, equipment, and other guests.
• ✦ Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• ✦ Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the observatory.
• ✦ Akash Astrophotography is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during a session.
• ✦ Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• ✦ Gift orders (posters, sky maps, prints) are processed after payment is received via WhatsApp.
• ✦ Digital products (PDF) are delivered within 3–5 working days of receiving your order details and payment.
• ✦ Physical prints are dispatched within 5–7 working days. Delivery timelines depend on the courier service.
• ✦ All designs are created personally by Akash Aggarwal. Each is unique and handcrafted.
• ✦ Once a personalised order (custom sky map, moon phase poster) has been designed and approved, it cannot be refunded.
• ✦ If your physical product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs — we will arrange a replacement.

All content on this website — including text, images, astrophotography, designs, and artwork — is owned by Akash Astrophotography unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal use (e.g. sharing a session photo on social media with credit) is welcome and appreciated.

Personalised gift products ordered by you are for your personal use only and may not be resold.

You are welcome and encouraged to photograph the night sky during your session for personal use.

By attending a session, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us at the time of booking or on arrival — we will fully respect your preference.

Akash Astrophotography shall not be liable for:

• ✦ Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services
• ✦ Loss of data, images, or photographs taken during a session
• ✦ Dissatisfaction with sky conditions on a given night (weather is beyond our control)
• ✦ Delays in product delivery caused by third-party couriers

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session or product in question.
